You will struggle with 10" wheels, 32/11 or 33/11 I would think.

Most bm's are either 16" or 13" for this reason.

A nova gear box would help but there not cheap.

As Jason has already mentioned the Nova box would be a great help, the top gear is 6.67%higher than std they were made for bikes with 13' wheels but are exxy at £1700 + vat. So i expect you would need to use a Nova box and fairly high bevel box's. There are bevel box's available.
32-11 = 2.909-1
33-12 = 2.75 -1
32-12 = 2.666-1
34-13 =2.615 -1
35-14 =2.5 -1
The two highest ratio's are very rare and expensive, and your choice of bevel box's will depend on other factors such as power produced and rpm. Our engine rev's to 9200 and we have 16" wheels so have to use much lower ratio's than on this list. We use the 4 lowest available.

Bob, There is another much cheaper option, get an industrial bevel box so you can run chain drive.
