Re: Moly chassis
Yes Dags that was Robs 2002 chassis. I bought it off him after his only race on it , the TT that year. I sold it to Terry Goldie after my last Southern 100 crash. It got to Aus in just before Christmas 2003.
Re: Moly chassis
I believe this is the bike Rob and Boyd crashed at May Hill in 95 practice (it's on the Duke video of that year) Moly fixed it at the cost of his own preparation, Rob won both races on it at around 107mph.
I had it in 2005/06 did the FSRA rounds and the TT, I bought it from Rod Robinson darn sarf and sold it to Dave Quirk fom the IoM (I think Greg Lambert also had it at some point). Thundercats all the time until Dave put an R6 in (he did the TT on it in 2012), He's on an Ireson now so not sure if he sold it on or still has it.
Good bike but starting to show its age, Rod bellas did a bit of work/mods on it for me. If you pm me I'll try and dig some pic out for you.

Yes it is the bike Rob crashed at May Hill. I owned the bike and supplied it for Rob to ride in the TT that year. It was sold to Martin Clarke who I think sold it on to Sean Heagarty but he will confirm if that was the case.

Re: Moly chassis
Your right Eddy. Rob won on it from the pitlane at Oulton on his first ride on it in 95. Passed me and Boddice near to the end of the race.

Re: Moly chassis
I remember that bike well, it was delivered new to me from Dave Molyneux, to assemble and prepare for Rob Fisher to race.
After only having it for a few days, Eddy rang and said it was needed at the end of the week for a meeting at Oulton Park.
" I can not print my reply to Eddy "
But after working through the night, I managed to get it ready - but far from perfect, the bike was delivered to Oulton for
a "slow try out" by Rob, and would be retuned to me after the meeting for me to finish off correctly.
Robs performance that day was amazing, as virtualy nothing on the bike fitted him, but just proved what a brilliant rider he was.

Re: Moly chassis
I had it for 8 years, sold it last year. Brilliant bike. I put 06 r6's in it and did tt in 12 and 13 (in 13 we finished both races at over 100).
I believe its going up for sale soon due to the guy having a bad back and also work preassures.
