Passenger Licence

Unread post by dazza1982 »

Hello there,

Complete newbie but am interested in seeing what is required to become a passenger. Apart from finding a willing driver, I understand you need the relevant licence. I currently have an intermediate clubman novice licence (I think that's what its called) but was just wondering whether this is adequate to become a passenger or whether I have to attend another CTC & obtain a separate licence?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

You might not need to do the course - but you will need to contact the ACU and get novice sidecar passenger. Ring the licence department tomorrow 01788 566417, they're really helpful.
