Anyone know who can repair transponders as I've tried contacting Colin at dekeel with no success .

Look on ebay - Transponder repair. I've got a few fixed by kart-crazy-co-uk.

I've never had a problem with either Dakeel or kartcrazy - fairly quick turnaround. I think in end kartcrazy was easier to find on ebay. Got 2 waiting to go away, just always forget to get them sorted and parcelled up.
