Always a good idea

No trees were killed in the sending of this message. However a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

Re: thundercat
Just run what it was designed to run. If the manual says 10 60 for that temp range then run that! No gain from running fully synthetic.

Re: thundercat
We always ran Motul 300V. fully synthetic 15/50 . If your not doing the TT and change the oil every second weekend a good 15/50 semi synthetic will be ok.

Re: thundercat
We run semi synthetic. Forget who, but in our line of work (trail riding), we have quite a few customers from engineering, motorsport, etc, and someone told us that modern fully synthetics are too slippery. Problems are arising, such as clutch slip and something else I can't remember!
