Croft 9th and 10th July

Unread post by KatieMsidecar »

Kerry and I have entered Derby Phoenix at Croft as it is a round of the FSRA Pre-Injection Post Classic championship. I have received this from Ben of the club:
"Some of you may be aware, the club has been struggling for some time and I have tried very hard to keep things running, but sadly don't think it's sustainable.

With solo grids being low for our Croft meeting, I have been able to consolidate some of them, which means I have additional time in the schedule to play around with.

With this in mind, I was wondering how many of you would be interested in us running an additional 2 races for the sidecar teams over the course of the weekend for an additional £50 per outfit?

Please let me know your thoughts over the course of this weekend, so I can plan and add it to the schedule if there are enough people interested in a bit of extra track time.

I sincerely look forward to next weekend and seeing you all at Croft, we'll all have a great weekend and I will take fond memories away with me."

We have also entered but had no communication/confirmation of entry yet. Not had anything regarding the additional track time either, would be interested in any additional track time at present.
you don't need a parachute to go skydiving.......only if you want to do it twice.

Ben says:

"I'm going to run with it and it's optional for people, but the majority seem keen for a bit of extra track fun."

It came by email, and I know from my experience, a surprising amount of emails sent to me, don't arrive. My cheque hasn't been cashed yet, so I wasn't sure my entry had been received, but that isn't unusual either!

I hope Kerry's hand is OK for extra laps! She is on holiday in France at the moment, so at least can relax and let it heal!
