The FIM aren't really selling it are they? It seems a lot like they're loathe to let it go or someone is nagging them to keep it so they're just keeping it going on a shoelace in case things change.

On the other hand..... wsbk is not looking as rosy as a complete package.

Ss600 is soon to be dead in some way or other, the superstocks are closer to superbikes than they have ever been, sidecars would be a cheap way of adding something to the overall package for something different to look at.

If you said

Spain/Netherlands/Italy/U.K./Germany/France in the wsbk paddock it would look a lot more legit.

€2000 for 5 rounds + travel, insurance and running costs and time off work... Oh yeah and the added costs of changing to 600's!! Somebody told me its cheaper than RKB, but i'm struggling with the maths??

Sorry but the people involved are taking the hiss out of geniune people wanting to be World Champions...

Hmmmm what a Shame!
It Could have been so much easier/cheaper for everybody to transition over time! Engine Resitictors are cheap and easy to fit (AND EASY TO POLICE) - But heyho - WHAT DO THE COMPETITORS KNOW?? :(

Did the FIM conduct any kind of competitor survey about the rule changes?
