Current spring is a 370 lb/in, 66kg/cm and has always felt a bit harsh especially over bumpier bits, compression and rebound settings seem to have little effect on it
We've yet to measure if it's using full travel because i'm also wondering if it could be bottoming out which is causing the harshness
Rider 94kg
Passenger 80 kg
How do I work out what spring rate I should be running
Edit: just checked the rear 430 lb/in, 76kg/cm
Edit again: just looked at base setup info and it says between 65-80 kg/cm front and 100-110 kg/cm rear

Re: 91 LCR front & rear spring rates
I ran a 80 kg on the front of my 94 when I had it as I'm around 100 kg meself
Until I ran that spring the front it was a real bastard to steer.
Most bikes run a progressive spring on the rear.
I still have the Eibach shocks I ran in it, could be convinced to part with them.
