In accordance with this years regulations TT sidecar competitors who are ‘Too Cool’ to announce their start numbers for the TT will have their start numbers re-allocate as follow.

I don't know where you have got your information from Alun, a very reliable source I am sure,.........could it be Kew? 
, but from what I have been told today the top ten seeded riders haven't been informed of their starting numbers yet 
Maybe the organisers are hanging back a bit in case a certain Mr Dunlop decides that he wants to tackle the sidecar race as well as all the other classes
. From his previous outings on a sidecar there is a distinct possibility that he would give a good showing, maybe Guy Martin will be his passenger 
Anyway, as your list includes the usual seeded riders you are probably more likely to be correct. We shall see soon enough.
