I'm new here so apologies if this is wrong ..
I read on here about people who rode with a guy from the northeast called geoff atkinson I don't know if anyone is aware but unfortunately Geoff passed away late last year .
I knew Geoff well through the motor trade I have worked most of my working life in garages around where Geoff had his he has done work for me and I for him . I attended his funeral and he had a tremendous turn out and send off

I didn't know Geoff myself but he has been mentioned a few times on here, putting his name in the search box brings up the posts with his name in them. He was definitely one of the sidecar family having started passengering when he was 14 years old apparently
(the rules were different in those days, all you needed was a helmet, leathers and baseball boots and you were away
