Hello people ;) ,
Need some advise please.

BMW 750 running 16" wheels,,, with dickhead drive, what bevel box would be a good starting point.

MMm what circuit? One thing we have found about gearing is that no two outfits are the same and what works for one may not work for you. Try contacting Matt on this forum or pop over to the CRMC forum. Dave and Tracie Johnson run a BMW with big wheels so maybe able to help. Good luck!

At first will be Mallory Trips, i can only get weds off :( got a very sore arse gaffer, but its up and ive learnd to ride it ,,, then anywhere they will have me :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: Lawnmowerman Returns ;).... Whay not take them all and change between them during the afternoon? We learnt that way and dont be afraid to go from one extreme to the other. We did this at Brands and learnt some much :)

Prolly I don't know what I'm talking about Ian (nothing new there) but I suspect that a Be-em final drive isn't exactly the easiest or quickest job in the world to swap 8)

Bob it is not that quick on our Trident but you do get quicker :lachtot: I am sure you are right in that it is not a quick job but good practice :)

Your right Bob, they are bloody heavy to lug around to,,, not like sprokets,,, its a hub brake and diff all in one.
Well i think ill go with the tallest then drop down to bring the revs up as and when i need too, dont want to too wild till ive got the hang oh "O" ring tyres

start with the 33/11 as you may find the 32/11 is too high for a 750.use the 31/9 to practice wheelies :lol:
why when you are going fast does it seem slow!.
