Your right Bob Camathias it is.[sorry]
There is no room for post classics as we will be well over subscribed with classics
Who knows regarding future years. Pat Hamblin and co are really supporting the class at
present. It is a great class and should never be allowed to die.
Six crews will be registered from each country
Ben Gray of the CSRA is our UK delegate for those who wish to register.
Anja Braas is the Dutch delegate as is Karl Rabe for Germany. Christian Durrand and Odele
are the French delegates. I am for the Isle of Man and Scotland.
Our calender will be confirmed shortly and we hope will include the I.O.Man Pre TT,
Assen,Gedinne and/or Chimay, Ossersleben, and one 'MAJOR' UK circuit, thanks to the hard
work by Ben Gray. Also either Pau or Croix thanks to Christian and Odele.
The series will be over 6 rounds with the 5 best results to count. We will give preference to
those crews who register for the whole series.
A registration fee of £50 pounds will be required, some of which we hope will be used for prize
money at the end of season.
Roll on 2013......Yours in Sport. Dick Hawes

Can all interested UK teams, please register their interest to
csra@hotmail.co.uk or link is on the website
http://www.classicsidecarracingassociation.co.uk
The calendar is still being confirmed, so I will not request registration fees until you have seen the dates to make sure it is possible for you.
As Dick has explained, all country delegates are putting forward six teams, this gives priority on entries and also your points will count towards the country championship. Any teams not in the Country's six, obviously still can enter (subject to grid space) and if I have your details, will be able to send you the entry forms, as soon as they become available, so hopefully no one will miss out.

Hi Buddah.
There may be an extra race or we may be integrated in the existing event.
There will definitely be more than one race at the Pre TT

Hi Dick,
If there is to be 6 crews from each of the 6 countries, that's 36 outfits! Surely there's no way that number could be amalgamated with an existing race and it would have to be a specific grid?

Your assuming that many could afford to get to all of the rounds Terry.
In the current financial mess I doubt that would be the case.

read carefully the openings post 5 times 6 = 30 outfits, that's max. I don't think it will happen at every round...

So it would be a European Series that will rely on some people turning up at some of the meetings with some kind of outcome then??? Confused!

Dick, I am intrigued. What other classes are racing at the events you propose? Could the organisers not put on a Post Classic race as a separate race at these events?
