Last time I saw him was watching at Scarborough in April last year; he's still living in Carlton near Selby.

Hi Ian, Mark is living in Carlton near Selby, he gets his buzz now from white water canoeing. He still comes to some meetings to have a nosey. He gave my stepdad and I a lot of help when we started racing, he even let us use his awning for our bus. Top bloke, I'll tell him you were asking next time I see him.

Please pass him my best regards too. Last time I saw Mark was when I rode with Mike Ibbotson and Mark and Terry crashed at Hillberry so it is nice to know Mark is still getting his thrills from something.

My lasting memory of Terry (and I hope it will make people smile rather than go all morbid) was that on Lap 2 of that race I think they made their first ton lap. Mike and I had retired at Greeba Bridge and were enjoying a beer and on Lap 3 Terry went past us with a big thumbs up letting us know they got the ton
