Martin Ford-Dunn
Martin (if I remember correctly) was the techmeister of the Ricardo team that was awesome in the 80's, with brother Bruce being one of the most throttle happy drivers I have ever witnessed, respected and admired. I would like to contact either Martin or Bruce, help ladies and gentlemen please.
Anyhow since 1957

Yes Bruce and his family are in Spain now. Matt is still racing and so is his younger brother "Sid".
Just googled MFD
Here's your starter for 10.

http://www.novaracing.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
In 1999 Martin Ford-Dunn joined the company having provided design services for a number of years. His previous employment at Ricardo Consulting Engineers, working for all the major motorcycle manufacturers, provides in-depth design expertise. This combined knowledge and the links to a large number of engineering service companies enable designs and products to be produced meeting exacting requirements

Saw Martin at a couple of Derby Pheonix race meetings in 2009 he is still involved but cant remember which solo class he was with. It may be worth keeping an eye open next season. Sorry
