Owen Greenwood - correct!
No.19 is not the Birch brothers ;) Here is a clue - the same two drivers.....

In the first photo was John Flaxman the passenger then. Obviosly he was the winning passenger with the mysterious driver when they won the 750 race in 68. :D :D Where was the photo with Owen Greenwood taken?
