Passenger wanted for Pre TT Classic

Hi could any one help out a French Competitor Bernard Collenge who is on the look out for a passenger (must have national licence) for the Pre TT Classic Races on 28th to 31st May. Bernard has a left hand chair and is a previous winner at Billown. Please let me know if any one can help Thanks
