The black/red LCR? He blew his motor... But no, there was more than enough room between his LCR and my Becker to get two sidecars through unscathed. The Wood brothers are a fairly new team and they simply forgot about that third wheel hanging out to the left when they ran up beside me and got the chair into my right side. Combine that with a spinning rear tire on the start and they just pirouetted around my nose flipping it in the end. Just a mistake.

What looks like a restart is actually the following day race II. The Wood brothers were able to repair the flipped LCR and get it back on the grid. The driver was able to make race II, but the passenger had a few broken ribs from where the grab-handle in the chair came down on top of him during the flip, so an alternate passenger was called in.
