Lee Crawford & Luke Capewell are the 2015 Mac Hobson Trophy Winners, based on the aggregate results of the four races over the weekend.

It was a close race, Mark. We were brought forward in the schedule with six minutes to prepare, due to "damp" track conditions. Lee and Luke had to go out on Yoko slicks (no time to change to inters), which they had never used in these conditions before; so took the first two laps very steadily. Both Lee and Dean lapped quicker than Greg, but the F1 had too much straight line speed, pulling out down the straights, and bunching up the F2's in the twisty parts. Lee had a look at Tower on the last lap, but had the door slammed on him, which allowed Dean to capitalise and grab second.

A good weekend's racing, with very changeable weather - gale force winds on Saturday resulted in lots of upside down awnings and tents, but thankfully all fifteen outfits stayed the right way up!

was a enjoyable race, both me and lee were on slicks and greg was on inters pulling away down straight sections, shame I had to start at the back of the grid for races, still don't think I would of beat Lee in the other races tho, well done team ARC for the trophy :trophy:
