going through the wiring on my Jacobs thundercat i have a yellow wire coming from the ecu, according to the wiring diagram it is for throttle position sensor which is fine but the bike runs flatslides any ideas where i take it to. the circuits i still need to figure is the engine kill circuit and the rev counter both of which should be simple.

The yellow and black is for the rev counter, there is also two for the throttle position sensor(can't remember the colours) but they are in the same terminal block as the yellow and black.
Join those two together and it won't give you the fault codes. That should be it
