Chair Wheel Rims (Windle Style F1)

Unread post by Kensei »

Courtesy of a local Numpty (masquerading as a garage) destroying the rim of our F1 chair wheel we need some new rims for a chair wheel.
Can anyone give me a contact number and/or a quote for replacement rims?

What width rims do you need mate? I've got a pair on a centre and a lose pair but not sure what width they are. Will try check them tomorrow.

If you have F2 rims the F1 and F2 Windle rims arent the same John . Different bolt holes.

We are using the "Windle F1 pattern on our bike - forget the hole size - but 18 bolts - I've got a few in various conditions...

I didn't know that Geoff. I'm not sure what they are off, just accumulated them along the way as we tend to :D

I have a single nut wheel with 20 hole rims. Inner is 45mm and outer is 160mm. Its the type with the outside face of the spokes machined rather than just cast.

I also have 2 rims on their own. inner is 50mm and outer is 225. Both 20 hole and anodised black.

Open to offers on them if they are any good.

cheers.

jc. :D
