The NEMCRC are dedicating their last meeting of the season at East Fortune 8th/9th. Oct to be known as the "Ian Bell" Memorial meeting and it will be held over the first full weekend of October in years to come.I know it clashes this year with both the final round of the FSRA and Stars of Darley which is a shame but dates are set in stone.I would like to hear from any riders who would be interested in doing the meeting,we want it to well supported. Many of you will not know but Ian's
dad was one of the founder members of the NEMCRC way back in 1962.
Do your best lads,if you have not been to East Fortune before it's a great circuit with very good facility's.

Re: Ian Bell Memorial Meeting
Would have loved to be there but our plans are set in stone as looks like we could be second in Darley championship wi double points so carnt drop it at this stage or would have. Sorry Dave. I still remember the big fella coming n shaking hands as a thankyou for coming up to your meetings. That was fantastic for me n my team. Will be back soon but almost was for your two day meeting coming up. We was second in Scottish championship back in the late eighties on the tz 350 sidecars. Not bad from Yorkshire. Good luck hope you have a profitable meeting with thoughts of good old Ian Bell he was a fantastic guy
