I almost posted it as "Dave, I thought you would like this" but was on the phone on the way to work :D

No trees were killed in the sending of this message. However a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

After reading that I can't decide which word I'm looking for to descride those people?
How could they be so arrogant to think they could get away with that? No doubt they employed some of the best/worst lawyers in the country to draw that renumeration package up for themselves, giving the minimal of truth out about their rewards. But then, politicians do that by not answering the question they are posed with.
A lucky escape for the good people of Wales!

There's more dirt than that.
There is currently £9.7 million unaccounted for and a cash balance of -£1.4 million...............

When you haven't actually turned a single spadeful of earth yet, someone should be looking at where that money is.

Unbelievable Dave.
The bit in the article that gets me is a payment owed to Michael Carrick-

Michael Carrick, "CASH OTHER" in outstanding payments owed to Aveta ( A consultancy firm) which is 100% owned by Michael Carrick. £2,492,454!!!

I hope Mr Carrick likes porridge cos I can see the Serious Fraud Office getting involved in this.

9.7 million unaccounted for.
Does this include the X amount that moto gp have run off with saying "thanks very much"
I'm afraid Wales should have had a better "handle" on this
