Having noticed how many more all lady sidecar crews we have had this year and so many people commenting to us on how many women are racing myself and Marianne Walford were wondering about how we could do something to celebrate the fact and to raise awareness to encourage others into our fabulous sport.
Our thoughts led us to the sidecar bonanza at the end of October. And having spoken to Tim and Charlie about options we are hoping to have a parade lap at cadwell for all the women competing in the sidecars and possibly the solos too.
Charlie asked me to post something on social media to guage interest in this and to see how many would be keen to take part. Please comment or message if you think it's a good idea or if you have a better one. And we will see if there is enough interest to make something happen.
