Trying to get my son to Gedinne on Thursday22 or Fri 23 August

Hi People. Is anyone travelling to The Belgian Classic at Gedinne by car on Thursday 22nd or Friday 23rd from Yorkshire/East Midlands or similar. I say car because if my son fell off the back of a C90 or similar I'd never forgive myself.
My son lives between Sleaford and Lincoln, +is hoping to get out to spectate/party but we will already be out there as we are racing at the event. He cant leave earlier due to other stuff. William is a sidecar passenger, doesn't smell as bad as people say and is able to talk more or less indefinitely about any old bollocks a bit like the rest of the family. Full current passport. He is a uni student so largely nocturnal and likely to sleep throughout a trip in daylight hours. Murderers etc need not apply however.
We can bring him back on Monday 26th.
