Post classic/forgotten era eligibility

Been away from racing for far, far too long :cry: , just wondered where I could find out what the rules and regs (eligibility) are for sidecars of this class, i.e. chassis, wheel size, engine eligibility etc.
Would be most grateful if anyone could let me know where i could obtain this info.
