Hey up bludge,
Fuel pump / ignition problems that you cant test until flat out. Corking starts that amounted to nothing!! Oh yeah and a slowly deflating front tyre the was fitted new a few days before
Positives - the problems from Pembrey are sorted, and I've got a passenger for the Czech thingy.

[quote="sidecar bloke"]Having raced at both Croix and Donington Park both circuits have their own characteristics. Can't remember too many MotoGP events at Croix! Plenty at the other dump though! £200 plus for three days at the premier circuit in the UK (or it was until they changed it) - no ferry costs, no one-day licences - it all adds up - I have no statistics on stuff being nicked from circuits. I do know, however, they have prisons in France which would indicate scum exists everywhere - so take care.

Hi Ian, Great fun watching u race the banshee again at Darley. Did get a bit scary when u kept rtying to get up the inside of Simon where i was marshaling. The front of your outfit was all over the place
>great stuff..
The main reason we were thinking more about Croix is that we NEED track time. Yes weve been racing for the last 4/5 years, but we hardly finished any races and have had no real track time for ages. Donnington will only give us one practice session and three races. I agree i like Donnington (ive never raced there) and i do want to support the club. But i do have a few issues with donnington, which are:-
*There is only a very small patch of grass to camp on(ok if u have a motorhome or caravan)
*It is a VERY big circuit to Marshal ( i was a sector marshal last year and covered a whole bend with just two marshals,we were very busy and at times it was dangerous with bikes flying into the gravel next to us while we were trying to pick up other faller's ,as we didnt have enough bodies to have someone watching our back's). my big worry is that we will be very short for marshals (especially on the friday)
*Ive also heard that it now appears that u have to practice on the Friday as there will only be a limited (solo)practice on the saturday. What if u cant get there till friday night? Dont remember seeing any thing in the regs saying about this.
Anyway's we'll see what happens. Would be a good thing if some riders could bring somone with them who is willing to have a go at marshaling at Donnington as they will be short.

Re: Darley CRMC
Darley was a great weekend apart from the nearby Tornado, and the nails scattered around in our part of the Paddock.
Throttle cable problem will soon be solved its the third one to break since the Classic TT last year. I have a top race engineer working on the problem right now, and he promises to send me his devilishly cunning contraption before we get over there.
Might be able to keep up wth Nick this year!!
