Brake system question (DMR)

Unread post by nodrog »

I'm overhauling the brake system on a DMR, and am wondering if anybody can answer a couple of questions I have regarding the master cylinders, as I need to check they are they right way around (I have no idea if somebody before me has put them back in the right order).

The front 2 callipers are AP CP3386's which are plumbed to a AP 3/4 master cylinder

the rear and side callipers are AP CP2696-38E0's which are plumbed to an AP 5/8 master cylinder.

Does this sound right?

I have checked with another guy here with a DMR and his has 5/8 masters running both.

cheers
