From Bemsee – Just 10 days before our Final Round at Brands Indy over 20-22 September

So you can get ready here’s info you need to know:

The Meeting File is HERE this includes:

  • Timetables
  • Final Instructions
  • Access to Paddocks & Garages from 6pm Thursday 19th September

NOTE: Vehicle passes are not required – there’s plenty of room in the paddock for you to park.

Electricity Usage:

Please also observe the MSV Fair Use policy restrictions wherever you are plugging in – see their notices posted around the Paddocks.

Meeting Payments:

We plan to take payments – Next Friday 13th September

If you need to withdraw from the meeting let us know by reply to this email – Otherwise, Please, Please ensure you have sufficient funds cleared in your account to allow payments to be taken when planned.

NOTE: We have revised our Refund Policy for 2024, details in the Supplementary Regulations – Section 6….HERE

Tickets & Final Instructions & Tek Cards:

All riders will receive eTickets from MSV – these will email to you next week on Wednesday 11th. There will be additional info with the ticket email – but check the Meeting File for all the meeting details.

Solo riders get 3x tickets as a standard allocation, Sidecar Teams 6x – If you have further requirements…important that you try to let us know before Wednesday.

You will see in the Final Instructions, arrangements for Technical Inspection – Your card will be held for you at the Tek Bay and issued to you after Inspection is all completed, for you to then go to the office for sign-on.

(Race Office is the center of the circuit under the Control Tower)

 

Your 2024 ACU Licence:

Please check your ACU profile and the ACU Competitor Licence option. If you are unsure please phone us – do not leave this until the meeting to resolve!

Bemsee Paddock Tannoy:

This enables those of you who are parked where it’s difficult or impossible to hear the Paddock announcements to be able to pick them up on your Mobile devices.

The announcements are enabled through Mixlr – an Internet broadcast service.
