After several attempts to reorganise the 2020 calendar and careful discussions regarding the difficulties caused by the Coronavirus disease (#COVID19) pandemic at the organisational level, the FIM, the promoter RKB-F1/Santander Salt Ltd, the national federations of Croatia, Hungary, Germany, Great Britain, Portugal and the local organisers have been forced to cancel the 2020 FIM Sidecar World Championship.Continue reading
The Cadwell Park circuit hosted a Bemsee Club meeting with the opening British F1 Sidecar round as a central feature. Friday was an open test day, and everyone took advantage of the opportunity to get back in the groove.Continue reading
Despite the ravages of the COVID-19 crisis, the British Championship season WILL get underway at Cadwell Park over the weekend of 8/9th August.
This is not the Revival as we know it, but nonetheless there will be two sessions for classic and older outfits. This is still very much a sidecar festival, although with a different feel.
Nothing is normal right now, but we are all determined that life will be as close to normal as we can possibly make it.Continue reading
