After a 15-year hiatus, the Celtic Match Races made their highly anticipated return on the 20th and 21st of September, hosted by the Melville Motor Club at East Fortune.
Teams from Scotland, Ireland, the Isle of Man, and Wales came together to compete for national pride and the honour of lifting the prestigious Celtic Sword.

A celebration of sidecar racing’s golden era will take to the Mountain Course at the 2025 Classic TT, as an 18-strong line-up of iconic machines return to the Isle of Man for the Classic Sidecar Parade Lap.
Taking place on Wednesday 27th August, this one-lap showcase promises a full sensory throwback to the sights, sounds, and smells of sidecar racing from the 1960s through to the 1980s.
From the crackle of two-strokes to the deep rumble of four-stroke BMWs, the parade brings together a truly unique mix of machines – two, three, and four-cylinder layouts, each steeped in history. Expect the unmistakable whiff of Castrol R, the clatter of spoked wheels down Bray Hill, and the sight of era-defining designs tackling the Mountain Course once more.
