*****MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL UPDATE*****

We discovered significant problems with our current payment gateway WorldPay and Cardsave, it wasn’t accepting payments for new cards and a significant numbers of cards from NatWest and RBS.

This arose soon after we went live with memberships – so we have had to take an urgent decision to change the payment gateway provider, the integration work that involves is significant but is nearly complete so we are hoping that payments for cards that have not been accepted can go live Friday or or over the weekend.

Our apologies, it is frustrating to some but this stuff is complicated to resolve.
